Elizabeth Howard is the VP, Talent Acquisition Practice Leader for Mission Ready Consulting. With over 28 years of experience, she has left an indelible mark on Talent Acquisition and Development, focusing on custom recruiting strategies for our clients.
After graduating from Butler University, Elizabeth began her career in agency recruiting, quickly finding her niche in IT and technical recruitment. She transitioned to corporate Talent Acquisition leadership roles, shaping strategic programs for brands like Safelite Autoglass, Tween Brands, and DSW.
Elizabeth has led the recruitment of top executives, field leaders, strategic sales professionals, and high-volume contact center employees for global brands. Her work in building global staffing processes and pioneering talent-sharing initiatives earned her industry recognition.
In 2020, she established a Talent Acquisition function from the ground up, revolutionizing the company's recruitment efforts with employment branding, proactive sourcing, vendor management, analytics reporting, and targeted recruiting programs. Through collaboration with an RPO, she developed a nationally scalable recruiting model.
Sarah Chadwick, a dynamic marketing leader with a global impact, is driven by a passion for blending creativity with technical expertise. Her accomplished career is a testament to her ability to navigate diverse roles, from spearheading demand generation for a major restoration company to leading communications for military communities. With a unique blend of creativity and technical prowess, she continues to champion measurable success, contributing significantly to the growth and excellence of the organizations she serves. Sarah holds an MBA from Kansas State University, complemented by a bachelor's degree in marketing and management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship.
